"Me the Supervisor" 
My experience as a clinical supervisor began whilst nursing within the N.H.S. and transferred to the counselling sector following additional training in1994. I am a senior accredited counsellor and a member of the BACP abiding by its code of ethics. This experience has been gained within my private practice and educational settings with individuals and groups.
I work within a Person Centred framework, drawing on skills from other models. Whilst offering a supportive, reflective and educational space, I aim to provide a relationship that has the elements essential for professional development within the working alliance, thus providing opportunities to gain in confidence, creativity and ethical competence as well as guidance in developing a private practice.
I take my supervisory work to a senior consultant accredited in supervision.
